Sally Parrott Ashbrook decided in January of 2007 to focus on taking good care of herself in a variety of ways, including through food choices and exercise. Since then, she's lost about 40 pounds without following any particular plan or counting anything (except the pounds coming off!). In March of 2007, she started learning to run, and she now runs 5ks. In the summer of 2007, Sally learned she's majorly allergic to gluten, cow dairy, soy, eggs, tomatoes, oysters, crab, and white vinegar. In the fall of 2007, Sally learned she also has a permanent intolerance to gluten and casein in the form of atypical celiac disease. In January 2008, Sally added upper-body and core training to her exercise routine. Sally's goal is to live life fully, healthfully, and joyfully while taking these changes in stride.
Hello, My friend is very allergic to Gluten, and he needs help for some gluten-free meal plan, do you have any more detailed meal plan? including calories, fat and nutrtion infor? thank you
Ashley, if your friend needs gluten-free meal plans that break down all the nutrition information, it sounds like he should visit a registered dietician who specializes in gluten intolerance. What I can provide is what’s on this site. Good luck! –SJPA
