Hello! I was hoping someone might be able to help me out with my newest endeavor:
I’m 24 and have been a vegetarian for almost 10 years, but have recently been experiencing horrible, condensed, break outs on my face and after some online research, have decided to give up dairy, soy and gluten in addition to my no-meat life-style.
I’m really struggling to find many food options, because one is usually a vegan OR gluten free OR vegetarian OR soy free….not usually all of the above.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Besides just raw fruits and veg. I’m also in the market for something along the lines of cereal for breakfast….oats and every cereal I’ve found has gluten in it? I bought some LSA, but it tastes a little like bird food…
Thank you so much for your input!!!
Cheers,
Nat

HI
I was happy to find your bread recipe but when I tried to print I had to print 52 pages can you tell me how to print just the recipe. One of my 4 year old triplets has had chronic tummy problems 🙁 we finally just found out he can’t have dairy, soy, cheese, eggs, peanuts, whey, spelt… I feel I have been poisoning him. How will he feel if he gets radishes and my other three eat cheese pizza or peanut butter and jelly :(. As a 4 year old his wants are simple. If you have any recipes or ideas you would suggest I would appreciate it. I have been vegetarian for 21 years but I married a butcher 🙂
