potato baked for three hours (see why in previous posts)
goat brie
cranberry-orange relish
organic bacon
organic, herbed turkey breast

Substitute in some extra-firm tofu or seitan sauteed in soy sauce or some other salty goodness (or I guess some fake meat, even), and you’d have an excellent vegetarian potato.
